Special towing information
Previous towing experience is required. Vehicle must be fitted with a 12 pin plug and a grey anderson plug. Maximum distance travel for towing is 200km and under. Vehicle must be at correct weight to tow. Towing mirrors will be available for hire, these must used at all times when towing caravan.

Hiring rules
- No smoking inside of van at all times.
- Driver must hold full licence and be over 25 years of age.
- Towing at night is prohibited.
- Towing mirrors must be used when hiring.
- Previous towing experience is a must. Please be honest. Take advantage of our drop off option instead.
- Vehicle must be equipped to tow 18FT and must be underweight.
- Toilet to be clean and emptied prior to return.
- Van to be clean on return.
- No serious off road small distance gravel roads only.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Darren 5.0Fantastic Caravan Experience Highly Recommended! We recently hired a caravan from Charlotte and Aaron, and the experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish. They were extremely accommodating with all our requests and kindly agreed to deliver and pick up the van from our agreed location, which made things so much easier for us. Aaron went above and beyond by helping me secure the van on a difficult site, and he made sure everything was set up properly and safely before leaving, which gave us great peace of mind. The caravan itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two kids) for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend away. It was well equipped with everything we needed, and we thoroughly appreciated the thoughtful touches and the overall quality of the van. Thank you, Charlotte and Aaron, for making our getaway so smooth and enjoyable. Well definitely be booking with you again!
