Hi, Thank you for making a booking with Hat Head Caravan. Can you please advise if you are intending on using on a non powered site. Please pay attention to the length of this caravan as some sites will not be big enough. Also there is a relocation fee of $2.00 per kilometre. Hiring rules
- Caravan is to be left in the condition it was found / hired in. Any cleaning required will incur a cleaning fee of $200.00. Toilet Cartridge must be emptied and rinsed or an extra $100.00. It is very important that the toilet cartridge is not overflowed as this will flow onto the floor of the caravan. Training will be provided for those that are unsure how to use the toilet.
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Patricia 5.0The van was delivered & set up, with no fuss, to our campsite. We received a phone call to check that we had good knowledge of the workings of a caravan e.g. the toilet, fridge etc.. and to let us know that they were available any time for any emergency. It was easy to clean, including the toilet cassette, saving us the cleaning fee. A great way to caravan, a van delivered and set up, awaiting your arrival. Then picked up & driven away when your done.
