Hiring rules
- No Smoking.
- Van must be returned clean. if not returned clean a cleaning fee off $200.00 will be charged.
- chem toilet must be cleaned and cassette emptied and cleaned
- If cassette needs to be emptied a $250.00 fee will be applyed. if the toilet needs to be cleaned and cassette emptied the Clean the van for me fee including toilet will apply of $450.00.
- Gas bottles must be returned full if not a charge of $100.00 will apply.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Brendon 5.0Renters can expect a professional and amazing customer service. Renter will get exactly what is advertised and paid for. To be honest, we have never had a problem with any owners or vans rented on camplify, but JCB was just a step above. Another great rental easy experience, and will be using JCB.
