Your large home away from home caravan, with plenty of space for the whole family. This caravan is our own personal van so we look after it meticulously. Has brand new awning and annex for that extra added space if required. Annex will only be set up if van is booked for more than 5 nights and is required.

The important stuff

  • Minimum hirer age is 25 years
  • Sleeps 5 inside the van
  • Delivery within 200 km of Drysdale, VIC
  • 4x4 or Large 4x4 required to tow
  • Electric brake controller must be supplied by hirer
  • Van is 7.32 m (24 feet) long

Special towing information

Towing mirrors must be used and will not be supplied so you will need your own. Electric brakes are required in the towing vechicle, has a 12 pin plug but I do have adaptor for 7 pin flat plug. Van has 50mm tow ball hitch

Hiring rules

  • No smoking inside the caravan
  • If any Damage occurs report it asap to owner
  • Toilet cassette must be emptied or a $250.00 fee will apply
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
