The van was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable - it is a big van, but very easy to tow and setup.

Mel met us at the van to show us around and how to use all of the features. This was super helpful. We had a great stay in the van, the air conditioning was a treat, the queen size bed was really comfortable and there was an outdoor table and chairs too. Mel's communication was excellent and kept us updated on what to bring and not to bring. We would highly recommended Mel and her van.

There was some difficulty with the caravan door, but thanks to Mel she was completely calm & very helpful in solving the issue! Its a Beautiful van to have a very comfortable holiday !!!
