Electric Brakes & Towing Mirrors are required when towing this caravan. **Please note: You DO NOT require electric brakes in your tow vehicle to tow this caravan as WE CAN SUPPLY YOU A PORTABLE BRAKE CONTROLLER unit called 'ElecBrakes'. An additional fee of $50.00 applies. Towing mirrors ARE REQUIRED. You can hire a set from us for an additional fee of $30.00 per hire. Please indicate in your booking message if you would like to hire either the electric brakes or mirrors. This caravan has a 12 pin plug. We have 7 to 12 pin adaptors which we supply free of charge. You do not require an anderson plug. **THIS CARAVAN IS SUITED TO VEHICLES WITH A MINIMUM 2.7 TONNE TOW RATING** If you're unable to tow this caravan chat to us about our relocation & set up service! Hiring rules
- Hirer must return our caravan clean (inside & out), with the toilet empty and all items washed and put back into place otherwise a $300.00 cleaning fee will be charged, with an additional $150.00 charge if the toilet is returned unemptied.
- SMOKING/VAPING WITHIN THE CARAVAN IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
- PETS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
- We prefer small/medium low allergy pets ONLY. Caravan must be returned completely clean with no remains of pet hair, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will apply. Please provide the breed of your pet within your booking request.
- OFF ROAD USE WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please provide your full itinerary including how many km's of unsealed road you will be travelling on. We MUST view and approve your itinerary prior to accepting your booking request.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
