Hiring rules
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- No festivals
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Adam 4.8the van was in good working order. apart from the awning not functional, a marque was supplied and did the job. TV was hard to tune but that was because of the area where we stayed. would still rate the van high.
Duane 5.0The van was perfectly suited to our family of four. Very well presented and well looked after. Maris is a pleasure to deal with and was keen to help on issues that I had with my towbar. Highly recommended.
