Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was perfect. Although we didn't use them it came with all the little touches of coffee machine, chairs etc.

    Fantastic van for Our family of four, had everything we needed inside. You just need your own blankets and pillows and towels, the van has everything else you need. We did bring our slow cooker- but the van had everything else including a coffee machine and air fryer. Although the kitchen is small, it was really easy to cook meals for all. The caravan towed really well, was super easy to set up and pack away. Lisa provides YouTube videos that are really easy to follow for your setup. Thank you to Lisa at Our family for hiring your van to us. It was a wonderful experience and has made us think about buying our own! But until that happens, we would definitely be hiring again!
