This caravan is well suited to: ● Family holidays and extended trips, sleeping up to five comfortably with a queen bed and triple bunks ● Couples, grey nomads, or solo travellers who prefer extra space or storage ● Longer touring holidays across WA, from regional escapes to extended adventures ● Renovations or temporary accommodation where a comfortable on site setup is needed ● New caravan buyers looking to experience a similar layout before purchasing Good to know: ● Sleeps five internally ● Delivery is available for most bookings, with pickup or delivery arrangements confirmed prior to approval ● Minimum hire periods vary by season and are designed to support relaxed, longer stays ● Minimum hirer age is 25, with younger drivers considered based on experience ● A suitable tow vehicle is required, and we are happy to confirm compatibility ● A portable electric brake controller is available if your vehicle does not already have one fitted ● Pets are not permitted ● The van is not suitable for off-road or beach use. Short gravel access roads into campsites are generally fine when advised in advance ● Smart TV with streaming capability is included, using park WiFi or your own mobile hotspot Location and delivery Pickup and delivery arrangements are flexible and confirmed prior to approval. For most longer bookings, free delivery, setup, and pickup are available within defined local zones. For shorter hires or extended delivery distances, delivery can usually be arranged by agreement. Exact arrangements are confirmed once we receive your booking request so everything is clear before approval. Cleaning and care The van is thoroughly cleaned before every hire and we ask that it is returned in a similar condition at the end of your trip. This includes: ● Interior surfaces wiped and floors cleaned ● Kitchenware cleaned and rubbish removed ● Toilet cassette emptied ● Exterior rinsed with a hose or car wash lance If you would prefer not to clean, an optional cleaning service can be added to your booking. Service charge and inclusions Our service charge covers the essentials needed for a smooth, well-prepared hire, including: ● Basic linen changeover and washing ● Starter pantry items ● Toilet chemicals and paper ● Gas refills and cleaning supplies ● Pre-hire inspection, stocking, and handover Optional equipment and accessories can be added during the booking process if required. Booking notes We recommend booking early for popular periods. Once approved, Camplify requires the deposit to be paid within 72 hours to secure the booking. We focus on longer, relaxed trips and offer value for extended stays. Any applicable offers are discussed and confirmed after your booking request is submitted and prior to approval. This van is optimised for longer hires, and for trips beyond seven (7) days, we may be able to offer additional hire rate flexibility on days between bookings where availability allows.

• • Use
• This is a touring caravan and is not suitable for offroad or beach driving. Use on corrugated roads and soft sand isnot permitted. Short gravel access roads into campsites are generally fine, but please advise us in advance, as this may trigger an insurance premium hike within Camplify's system.
• • Smoking
• No smoking is permitted inside or near the caravan at any time.
• • Cleaning
• The caravan is supplied clean and must be returned in a similar condition, including interior surfaces, floors, kitchenware, toilet and cassette, and a light exterior rinse.
• If preferred, an optional cleaning service can be selected during booking.
• • Toilet cassette
• The toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned prior to return. A cleaning fee will apply if this is not completed.
• • Awning and front window cover
• These items require care and are common sources of damage. Please follow the provided instructions, secure correctly, and pack away in bad weather. Any damage is the responsibility of the hirer.
• • Cooking and BBQ use
• All cooking surfaces, utensils, and the stove and oven (if used), must be cleaned before return.
• If the BBQ is hired, it must also be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.
• • Travel and transport
• No loose equipment, bikes, or luggage are to be transported inside the caravan while travelling. All items must be secured in the tow vehicle.
• • Handover inspections
• Prehire and return inspections must be completed before departure and on return. A copy is provided in the guest manual.
• • Age requirements
• The primary hirer must be 25 years of age or older. Hirers aged 21 to 24 may be considered based on experience.

  We had a fantastic time in the caravan! This was our first time using a caravan. We have two young children and had no issues travelling with it. We drove to Exmouth and back to Perth and loved every bit. Andrews communication and help was fantastic - highly recommend!
