Hiring rules
- Please note we have a minimum 7 days hire over all holiday periods including December / January
- No hard objects including Esky's, Bikes, Scooters, Surfboards are to be put on the floor of the caravan.
- PLEASE NOTE THE CARAVAN MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN INSIDE AND OUTSIDE INCLUDING THE AWNING AND TOILET OTHERWISE A $400.00 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED
- PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CARAVAN THAT IS TAKEN INTO KARINJINI WILL INCUR A $300.00 RED DIRT CLEANING FEE

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
