Special towing information
Towing Mirrors required DO35 hitch required, this can be provided to the hirer at no cost. Joey Journey weighs approximately 2600 empty (empty water tanks). IF you plan to stay in caravan parks you won't need to travel with water in the tanks (saves approx 200kg in weight). Owner reserves the right to decline bookings if the hirer's tow vehicle is not suitable to tow the van. In this instance, please consider the option to have the van delivered and set yo for your trip (subject to availability and location).

Hiring rules
- Van must be returned clean condition, in the same condition as it was collected. This includes emptying toilet cassette and cleaning ensuite, kitchen an bbq (if hired)
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
