When making a booking request please be sure to include the following information to help speed up the approval process. 1❗️WHERE do you plan to travel for your selected dates? - if towing, this will determine approval. - if delivery, this will determine delivery fee to location. 2. Your TOW VEHICLE Information? 3‼️ Is there an electric brake controller installed in Tow Vehicle? - if the answer is no, we won’t be able to approve your booking as the van REQUIRES an electric break controller to be towed (it is not a Bluetooth supported system) 3. Your level of TOWING EXPERIENCE? 4. How many PEOPLE? 5. Any QUESTIONS you have for us regarding our van. Important information for hirers. - Basic equipment you would need for food preparation and cooking supplied * Plates, bowls, cutlery * Cleaning equipment including broom, Dish washing liquid, tea towels and spray cleaners - the water provided in the water tanks on the van is for the use of the toilet as it needs water to be operational. If towing, please ensure you double check the tanks are full before departing your home location. At least one tank needs to be half full to ensure the toilet works. - the hot water system is either gas OR electric and does not run off battery. - the fridge is a three way fridge and will AUTOMATICALLY switch to available source.
Hiring rules
- Hirer must empty Toilet cassette before Return If the toilet is not empty upon return, fees WILL apply.
- Van to be swept and mopped, if the shower has been used during hire it must also be cleaned before return
- Minimum hire during school holidays is 3 Days.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE VAN
- The awning MUST be packed away before bad weather arises.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Ann 4.5We stayed in the one spot for a few days so dont know what its like to travel with but was all we needed. The bed area pops out & gives you more room to get around the bed. Vanity area is a good size. Large size fridge is very handy.
