Max Air fan is installed above the table and bed to keep you cool on warmer nights. 2 x secondary batteries are there to keep you and your camera/drone/laptop/phones charged. Mattress is a IKEA Memory foam mattress and very comfy. Camp chairs in the van for you to enjoy. EMERGENCY- if any engine lights come on the dashboard pull over immediately. If an accident occurs get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify first on 1300 416 133 – they will advise the hirer to contact NRMA. Then call me! Damage-if damage happens, you must report it immediately – who, watch, where, and when will be required. No off road/no beach driving/no extended gravel roads/no smoking inside. Long trips – 200 km per day is included in the booking price you will be charged 40 cents/per kilometer for additional kilometers traveled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplify’s pre-/post hire checklist. Fuel - return full of petrol – all hires include a full tank upon departure. Cleaning – clean the equipment and the van excessive cleaning will incur a fee. Gas cooking – return full refilled from a petrol station with Elgas.

  • Road tolls must be paid within 7 days if hire
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
