Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Nathan 5.0Lance was great - I booked the van last minute and then added a day part way through my booking and Lance was always super responsive, helpful and flexible. The Prado was perfect for our little getaway and the roof top tent was great quality and super comfortable.
Monika 5.0Great van. It provides everything you need for camping; all the equipment to make it a comfortable experience. The van runs smoothly, maybe not as fast uphill but not any issues. I'll definitely rent it again for camping trip.
