- Pick-up location is Okehampton Road, Warnbro, or Warnbro Train Station, south of the city - can add sleeping bags if required ( $50.00 -option 'Linen') - can add surfboard ( foamie for beginners ) ( $80.00 - option 'Surfboard') - can add a inflatable standup paddle board ( $80.00 -option 'Standup Paddle Board') - can add 2 snorkel sets: masks, snorkel, adjustable fins ( $40.00 -option 'Surfski') - if you need anything else feel free to ask

Hiring rules

• House Rules: treat as your own, keep clean, strictly no smoking in car or tent
• Unsealed Roads and OffRoad/4x4: all offroad destinations need approval in writing in Camplify Messenger before the trip begins. Permissions will be given based on local conditions and drivers skills, to keep both you and the car safe. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. No driving near or through saltwater, no water crossings.
• Please follow the handover instructions: you might get charged for inspection and/or excessive wear and tear or damage incurred from improper operation of the car
• Emergency: any dash warning light or accident get off the road and make contact immediately
• Damage: report any damage to camper or equipment within 12 hrs
• Long Trips: 200 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged $0.50 per kilometer for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplifys pre/post hire checklist
• Fuel: camper comes with a full tank please return with a full tank
• Cleaning: return the camper clean and as you received it, this includes red dust
• Violations of hiring terms like speeding recorded by GPS tracker/unauthorized offroad/ not following handover instructions/ fuel tank not filled or not clean on return will incur $400.00 surcharge taken from deposit

  We had the best time in Phils 4WD going down to Esperance and Albany. It is very sturdy, very easy to drive in (also for longer periods) includes everything you need and has a great design in terms of storage and facilities. It was easy to communicate with Phil, his guidance related to our trip was invaluable and the information around the vehicle was clear and concise. I would highly recommend Phil and the Up and Go to others.

  We absolutely loved renting Phils Get Up and Go highly recommended! We took this fantastic camper on a 3.5-week adventure from Exmouth down to the Margaret River region, camping in a mix of locations and conditions. The vehicle is super comfortable for long drives. Its perfect for both summer and spring conditions, keeping you cool and comfortable no matter the weather. Phil has thought of everything when setting up this camper. From practical camping essentials to thoughtful extras, its all there. The rooftop tent was surprisingly snug and cozy, and setup and pack-up took only a few minutes same for the awning. We also recommend taking Phils linen and sleeping bags for extra comfort. The auxiliary battery and solar system once understood how it worked were perfect and ensuring our drinks were always cold. Phils advice before our trip was invaluable. As an experienced Australian, he shared brilliant tips, helpful links, and practical suggestions that made our planning so much easier. The handover instructions were clear and thorough, giving us complete confidence in using everything safely. And we knew we could contact him anytime if needed, which was very reassuring. All in all, this camper made our trip effortless and enjoyable. We couldnt have asked for a better vehicle or a more helpful host. We would rent Get Up and Go again.

  Phils Get up and Go is a great hire - cant recommend it highly enough! We did an adventurous 7 week camping trip from Exmouth to Shark Bay staying in a variety of locations and conditions. This is such a comfortable, fuel efficient vehicle to drive on the open road - while still handling any off-road work with consummate ease. Phil has set his vehicle up so well - it has all the key features you need for easy campground or bush camping. We found the rooftop tent surprisingly comfortable and snug even in challenging winter weather. It sets up packs away in minutes - as does the awning. We do recommend you hire Phils linen and sleeping bags. The auxiliary battery and solar power systems were a godsend - and ensured we always had power for our fridge and multiple devices. Phil is great to deal with - experienced, knowledgeable and offering sensible advice. His detailed handover instructions and materials were appreciated - we set out confident we knew how to operate everything safely and, although we didnt need to, we could have contacted him at any time if we had questions or a problem. Thanks, Phil - we would have absolutely no hesitation in hiring Get up and Go again.

  We had an amazing road trip around WA and Phils car was the perfect companion for the journey. He explained everything clearly before we set off and was super responsive throughout the trip whenever we had a question.
