HIGH VEHICLE Please be aware that the campervan is really high (approximately 3.3m high) and can not be driven into interior parkings, trees or any other low obstacle. NOTE: The van is perfect for almost any trip but please be aware that the longer your trip is the more km's go on the engine. We have a guideline of about 200km/day, after that we charge 40'c per km for vehicle maintenance. Example: You drive 1200Km in 5 days, we charge $0.00.4x200km= $80.00 extra. This is calculated within Camplifys pre/post hire checklist. FAQ - - Can I park at your place? Yes, there is a parking in our safe street. - Can we do a long drive? We include 200km/day, after that we charge 40'c per km for vehicle maintenance. Example: You drive 1200Km, we include 1000km and we charge $0.00.4x200km= $80.00 extra. This is calculated within Camplifys pre/post hire checklist. - What is the right pressure in Campervan tyres? Tyre pressure recommended is 55 in front then up to 60 at the back. DRIVE • EMERGENCY - If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me! • DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. • NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads (maximum 5km gravel road allowed for camping access)/ NO Smoking inside. • UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. • LONG TRIPS - We have a guideline of about 200km/day, after that, we charge 30'c per km for vehicle maintenance. Example: You drive 1200Km, we charge $0.00.4x200km= $80.00 extra. This is calculated within Camplifys pre/post hire checklist. • FUEL - Return full of DIESEL - All hires include a full tank upon departure. If Diesel tank is not full when the campervan is returned we will charge $3.00 per litre. • CLEANING - Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge of $120.00. • COOKING GAS - Return FULL - refilled from BCF or petrol stations. All hires include a full gas bottle upon departure. If gas bottle is not full when the campervan is returned we will charge $50.00.

Hiring rules

• Vehicle to be kept on sealed bitumen roads only, no gravel or beach driving. Unsealed road less than 5 Km into campsite is permitted.
• We take pride of our cleanliness of the van and we ask that it returned as received.
• Regret, no pets.
• No smoking inside
• No festivals.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• Standard pickup / dropoff times are between 8 and 4pm.
• Please do not pour the plants, we do it for you (yes, we have real plants in the campervan).
• NOTE: The van is perfect for almost any trip but please be aware that the longer your trip is the more km's go on the engine. So we have a guideline of about 200km/day. After that we charge just $0.40 per km at the end of the trip.
• Change of Mind Policy:
• Full refund up to 10 days before the start of the booking.
• 410 Days prior to booking 90% credit.
• Less than 48 hours from the start of booking no credit or refund.

  My friend and I enjoyed every moment! The van was easy to drive, perfect for the aesthetic photos we had planned and extremely user friendly! We loved our rooftop sunset wine moments just as much as our road trip music jam sessions. Manuel was quick to respond and we had no issues while on our trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore WAs beautiful coast, just make sure you join your campgrounds :)

  Amazing experience with a 5 stars van. It is perfectly equipped so we didnt need to bring any extra from home. I particularly loved the cozy decoration and the rooftop to watch the stars.

  Had a fantastic experience with the camper van. Everything was clean, comfortable, and ready to go, making our trip stress-free and enjoyable. Manuel was a really nice guyfriendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend both the van and Phil for anyone looking for a smooth and reliable adventure!

  DO NOT BOOK WITH MANUEL of LIBRA CAMPERVANS. In fact DO NOT EVER BOOK ANY OF HIS VANS, OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER!!! DO NOT PAY HIM TO CONVERT YOUR CAR, VAN ETC. ACTUALLY, AVOID THIS PERSON COMPLETELY. HE IS AN ABSOLUTE CON MAN, AND WILL ROB YOU BLIND, THEN TURN AROUND AND BLAME YOU FOR DOING DAMAGE TO THE VAN. He didn't meet me to do handover, refused to use the Camplify app for talking with me (DEMANDED TO ONLY USE WHATSAPP). His phone was NEVER ON. He would take between a few hours to 5+ hours to reply to me, even though he had seen my messages on Whatsapp, saying URGENT. The van was extremely dirty inside and out. Including the fridge what was grosse inside with old melted & smeared food remnants all over the inside, as well as some noticeable strands of human hair... GROSSE!!! The outdoor mat was folded & stored under the bed. On day 3, after driving all day, I took it out to use & it was COMPLETELY WET & had Penicillin Mould growing all over it, which is seriously toxic. I have sinus & allergy issues, and was quite unwell the for the last 4 days, suffering with horrific sinus & head pain due to the mould, which really impacted my holiday, and will take some time to clear up. Manuel was either ignoraning me, being rude to me, or dismissing me COMPLETELY & telling me to "watch the videos I sent you in Whatsapp" (has has a bunch of Pre Made Videos to send out instead of doing the handover!). However, the Videos he sent me were of taken YEARS AGO, and possibly even of 2 different vans, because so much was now DIFFERENT, and did not work, or look the same way they did in the videos he sent me!!! Because of this and his disgusting attitude towards me, I gave up trying to get the LPG to work, às well as trying to open the outsidr lid for the water connections to work in the van!!! The current lid opening for the waters is WHITE and needs to turn like a petro tank cap, but the one in his videos is a black door opening, with the button or switch inside. My stress & anxiety became extremely heightened by the many issues I kept having with this owner, which had a very negative impact on my holiday I had been saving for since last year. This Owner, Manuel is more than just yr run if the mill CON MAN, he intentionally & knowingly puts the lives of anyone who Hires a LIBRA CAMPERVANS van, in DANGER as he DOES NOT keep this van in good working order. (most likely the other vans, too). This van had lights & alerts on the dashboard. I advised him of this as so as I turned the van on & was getting myself ready to leave... he replied saying, IT IS OK. I AM AWARE. I ALREADY BOOKED THE SERVICE... i brought this up with him a few times the next few days, as I was really nervous that something might go wrong with the van in remote WA, by myself... I expressed my concerns to him, and he rudely told me that it the van is still safe to drive, and it is not dangerous to drive because if it was, it would say so on the dashboard. THAT IS WHY I BOOK IT FOR ADTER NY HOLIDAY. I was crying so much over this & having panick attacks. I told him later, but he did not give a fuck!!! Then I checked undèr the sun visor to check the mechanics service sticke4, and the Van was DUE to be serviced in NOVEMBER, 2024. I was so upset & informed him that how upset & angry I was, and that I will be talking to Camplify about everything, and making a complaint about him.... shortly after, things became much WORSE.m with him. He was being nasty to me, and telling lies. Making me feel really awful. So yeah, do not book with this owner, OR his business LIBRA CAMPERVANS. He is a Dangerous Con Man. And he should be arrested. I don't even think he is an Australian Citizen, yet he goes out of his way to find ways to break NUMEROUS AUSTRALIAN LAWS and get away with it EVERY DAY.!! Then he accuses the Hirer he just scammed, of causing damages to the van.... ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!!! Not only did he not meet me to do the handover inspection with me, the years' old videos he sent me, don't even have the same "CURRENT" van in them!!! This wasn't a first time, accident or bad timing on His part scenario etc, he CLEARKY & OBVIOUSLY has been doing these scams on INNOCENT PEOPLE for many years now!!! You just need to look on social media & see how GREAT his campervan conversions actually are, compared to the shitty quality of how he has done this van... In fact, i am pretty certain that this van is the one he hàs been using as his business's "MODEL VAN" for years now... I found a post on instagram that referred to it as the "MODEL"... The van itself is cute & lovely and has SO MUCH potential if it was LOOKED AFTER properly, and serviced OFTEN etc.
