Hiring rules

  • 🚭 This is a nonsmoking van!
  • No pets allowed!
  • Save our Kangaroos and avoid driving from dusk to dawn
  • ⛽️ Vehicle comes with a full tank of fuel, please return with a full tank. Please inform us of any breakage
  • 💡 If any lights on the dash appears, stop immediately and call us before you proceed.
  • You will receive the van in a perfect clean condition, please bring it back to us in the same condition. If you do not want to clean the van yourself (inside & out + kitchen ware), please choose our cleaning fee
  • 💰 Cleaning fee $120.00 (Inside & out)
  • 💰 Beach driving fee $250.00. This includes a tyre compressor.
  • 💰 Outback fee $450.00. This includes a tyre compressor.
  • 💰 Recovery Tracks $50.00 per booking.
  • ✅Off Road bookings must be approved by the owner in writing on Camplify's messages.
  • ✖️No go areas; (An undercarriage inspection fee of $650.00 or cancelation in booking might incur on the following )
  • ✖️Gibbs River Road
  • ✖️Dune Driving
  • ✖️River Crossings.
  • ✖️Corrugated Unsealed Roads
  • ✅Stay within the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage and hirer rules on Camplify's platform.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Our holiday was AMAZING. The van was in great condition and had everything you need for the perfect roadtrip. The vehicle was well maintained and taken care of, we always felt safe with it. We want to go back and will definitely book again with WA Camper Rentals, one of the best rental experiences we have had looking forward to come back!

    Great holiday using WA Campers, the van was clean and comfortable and came with everything we needed. The owners were also very helpful and gave recommendations on campsites and things to do. My only suggestion would be perhaps listing the typical fuel economy for each of the vehicles, this would help renters plan for fuel costs. A great trip 5/5!

With 4WD campers, fuel use can vary depending on driving conditions, load and wind resistance from the rooftop setup, but we choose these vehicles for their proven reliability, comfort and capability for WA adventures.     We had a fantastic time in the 4WD. Anneke and Renier were extremely helpful is setting out the essential information before we set off and continued to be responsive when we had questions throughout the trip. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

    We hired this camper 4WD for a weekend getaway and honestly could't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we picked it up, everything was seamless and stress-free. The car was spotless, beautifully presented, and clearly very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable trip - the storage was well thought out, and all the little extras made such a difference. Driving it was easy and smooth. What really stood out was how much thought had gone into the setup. It felt practical but also stylish, which I love and made the whole experience feel a bit more special than your average rental. We had the best weekend away and made so many great memories, and this camper 4WD played a big part in that.
