Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Billy 5.0Fiano is a simple van with a great 12volt system and an outdoor shower. The simple no fuss van was great for a 11 day trip in the SW. Great vehicle no trouble and small enough for easy parking.
Rachel 5.0Had a great time in Fiano. Johnno was easy to deal with, and pays attention to details. Would definitely recommend Only Vans and would hire from them again. Was very glad to be safely inside when it started hailing! The van itself was clean and well maintained. As I am tall, next time I would take a van with a bed that runs lengthways rather than across the van, so that might be a consideration for others over 175cm / 5'10". Thanks again Johnno and Chris for a great van for our much needed break :o)
