Hiring rules

• NO SMOKING INSIDE: Smoking is not permitted inside the van at any time.
• PICKUP / DROPOFF TIME: While we offer flexibility with pickup and dropoff times, we prefer these to be scheduled during our working hours, from 8:00–9:00 AM to 6:00–7:00 PM. Please notify us in advance of your intended pickup time to allow us to complete the prehire checklist and provide a brief onboarding session. For dropoffs outside of working hours, unless prearranged, a late fee of $50.00–$100.00 may apply. Dropoffs after midnight will incur a full extra day's hire charge.
• AWNING CARE: The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises to prevent damage.
• SAND: Please rinse off sand and shake out towels before entering the Van. Sand is extremely hard to remove, let’s agree to keep the Van sand free.
• USE WITH CARE: Please treat all equipment with care and a gentle approach. Abrupt movements or applying excessive force inside the van can cause damage and may lead to an insurance access fee to repair broken parts.
• TIMBER CABINETS: Treat the van’s fitout with the same care and respect as you would your own home. The timber and white surfaces are particularly sensitive and require regular maintenance. We kindly ask that you wipe down surfaces after use to keep them looking their best and prevent any damage.
• SINK USAGE: The sink should be used primarily for light washing. To maintain cleanliness, we do not allow very greasy or heavily soiled dishes, pots, or pans with oily residue to be washed in the sink. We recommend rinsing these items outside or using a separate cleaning station, if available. Please use a rubber spatula or paper towel to remove excess food before washing dishes.
• EMERGENCY PROCEDURE: In case of an emergency, safely pull over to the side of the road, and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 immediately.
• DAMAGE REPORTING: If any damage occurs, it must be reported immediately. Provide details of who, what, where, and when the damage occurred.
• OFFROAD / BEACH DRIVING: No offroad driving, no beach driving, and no extended gravel roads are allowed.
• UNSEALED ROADS: Driving on unsealed roads is not permitted unless preapproved in writing via Camplify Messages before your trip begins. Please notify us of your intention to drive on unsealed roads and obtain written consent to ensure that the insurance will cover any potential damages in the event of an incident. Be sure to review the insurance exclusions, terms, and conditions to understand your coverage.
• KILOMETRE ALLOWANCE: 200 km per day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 50 cents per additional kilometre over the total allowance. This will be calculated as part of Camplify’s pre/posthire checklist.
• FUEL: The van must be returned full of diesel. All hires include a full tank of diesel upon departure.
• CLEANING: Please clean any equipment used in the van, return items to their original place, discard your rubbish, and generally tidy up the van before returning it.
• DEEP CLEAN REQUIREMENT: The "Clean My Van" $80.00 service is optional, but strongly recommended for every trip. It ensures a deep clean and disinfecting of all surfaces after each rental.
• EXCESSIVE DIRTINESS: If the campervan is returned in an excessively dirty condition, such as being covered with red dust on the exterior, having marks or dirt inside the cabin and driver area, or containing sand indoors, an additional cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged for an Outback clean.
• CAMPLIFY T&Cs: Please take the time to carefully review the Terms and Conditions provided by Camplify.

  We enjoyed our trip to Esperance in the sunshine explorer. Had most of the essentials we needed for a great trip. The solar panels meant we didnt need to stay at powered sites. Communication was efficient. Thank you Alex & Emiliano

  We had the most amazing time in the van. It had everything we could have wanted including a coffee machine and kettle! Alexas communication was great and the handover was smooth and informative. Alexa also added lots of little extras to make our time as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend this van to anyone wanting to explore WA!

  The van was perfect for my three-week road trip:) It has everything you need and even more. You can easily go to unpowered campsites, as the battery recharges itself with solar power. If you need anything, you can get in touch with Alexa at any time and get a quick response. I would rent the van again and definitely recommend it to others:)
