Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We were very impressed with the setup we hired from Ehab. Everything was in perfect working order and made to a very high standard. When we contacted him with a question, he responded quickly and provided helpful information.     We had an amazing time with Ehabs incredibly capable and reliable Hilux, which took us all the way up to Exmouth through dunes, deep sand, and 4x4 trails without a hitch. There was room for five travelers (after we had a bike break down) and their luggage (plus the gear of a sixth traveling by bike), along with thoughtful extras that made life on the road much more comfortable. Ehab was easygoing yet highly professionalcommunication was effortless, and we always felt well supported, even in the most remote areas. If youre looking for the perfect vehicle for your next adventure, look no further!

    Great set up for off-road, off-grid. Lots of battery power, solar, space for your gear and easy set-up/pack-up rooftop tent. Ehab was super easy to deal with helpful, has a bunch of cooking gear if you need it. I highly recommend!
