Hiring rules

• Offroad rules:
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Road
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• Fuel:
• Return full of UNLEADED PETROL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• Smoking:
• No smoking inside the vehicle
• Amount of free km:
• 200km allowed for each night of rent
• Unlimited km for 15$/night
• Insurance and road assistance:
• Standard Bond for all hires $125.000.00
• Thirdparty insurance included
• Road assistance included
• For hirer under 25 years old $500.00 additional bond will be held by Camplify.
• Late dropoff :
• A fee of $150.00 plus rent for each extra day will be applied
• Cleaning:
• The lessee is responsible to clean the inside and outside of the campervan and to wash and dry the cooking equipment before the dropoff.
• A cleaning fee of a maximum $75.00 if the van is returned not cleaned or the cleaning is not done properly will be applied
• Missing items in the inventory:
• A fee of 25$ plus the cost of the items will be applied
• Damage:
• If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where, and when will be required.
• EMERGENCY:
• If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 Then call me!

  My partner and I had an extremely enjoyable trip with Harold, seeing all the south west of WA had to offer. Duncan and Janelle are extremely kind and helpful and had him in great shape for the journey. Would highly recommend for anyone to hire Harold for any adventures you have on the west coast.

  We took Harold to collie for a few nights and had an incredible time! Janelle and Duncan were very easy to communicate with prior, during and after our trip. Pick and up and drop off were both very seamless and comfortable. Harold was fully equipped with things we needed for our trip - including a fully stocked fridge with snacks and drinks. We would definitely recommend Harold and would book through Janelle and Duncan again!

  It was amazing! Me and my partner drove all the way down to Albany and make our way up in 4 days. Harold was an amazing team player! Proving us with a home, living room, dinner table, nap spot and save vehicle. Even though, it is a manual car and todays days we are so used to drive auto or cruising speed that sometime you forget to stay present and focus on what you actually you are doing. Drive Harold was a whole experience and we are so looking forward to get him back for our next trip. Thanks to Janelle and Duncan for their hospitality, theyve surprised and spoiled us with a take away picnic and wine for our weekend. We could not be more grateful for this weekend. Highly recommend it
