Hiring rules

• LONGER RENTALS = LOWER DAY RATES ( PLEASE REQUEST INFO)
• Strictly No smoking inside the van
• It is important that hirers must clean the composting toilet themselves; the Toilet must be emptied and cleaned before returning the van. If the toilet is not cleaned and emptied a fee of $200.00 additional will apply.
• 200km per day distance allowance included. Any additional km will be charged at $1.00 per km this is to account for additional running expenses of higher kilometres.
• When returning the motorhome, it must be fully cleaned (outside and inside of the van) (Including toilet) the same condition as when you picked the van up. If for some reasonable reason you are unable to "clean the van" There is a clean the van" Option that you can select in extras or simply let me know. This amount is fixed at $200.00 and includes removal of rubbish, cleaning of interior and exterior to a hire ready condition.
• No offroad. Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in the Camplify messages before trip begins. If there is any evidence of unsealed travel without written approval there will be a non negotiable undercarriage inspection and cleaning fee applied to your booking of $300.00 and hirer will be liable for any damages incurred from unsealed use.
• Road tolls must be paid within 7 days and will be forwarded posttrip so BYO etag for convenience if possible.
• Please return the van with full tank of Diesel. If the van is not returned with a full tank of fuel or an explanation why it hasn't been then DIESEL fuel will be refilled at $3.00/L.
• Pets will be considered for long rentals. Please advise in your booking enquiry.
• SERVICE FEE $120.00 YOUR SERVICE FEE contributes towards the approximate 4hours of time spent preparing the van for your holiday.
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300416133 they will call the NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage occurs, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when information will be required. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• PLEASE NOTE; HIRER MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. FULL LICENSE HOLDERS ONLY

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Both my son and I felt Grant's van was superb.Not your run of the mill fit out,a really comfy bed,toilet,shower kitchen...all the things we wanted to be independent and not be restricted on where we could camp.Just the little things like good coffee machine,range of tea bags and extras like aluminium foil,washing up liquid etc.it was all there.Highly recommend Grant's van and back up on any of our queries.Highly recommended.Mick S

  We had a great experience with this van. Has all you need included, the solar worked very well. The mattress was very comfortable, yes a little short but it's a van. Very easy to drive.

  ABSOLUTE DISASTER!! During our trip we got stopped by a police patrol car. We were advised the van was unregistered since two months ago, and couldn't continue driving. We were shocked and called the owner, who wasn't able to sort it over the phone, and suggested we could sleep on the side of the road (in the middle of the highway). He was very unhelpful and even said he couldn't do more as he was busy at his job. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! We had to leave the van on the side of the road and finish our trip early due to this. It's so irresponsible on the owner's side, and crazy this can happen through a company like Camplify. We were offered a small compensation due to this from the owner (which was too small for the issue), however, Camplify as a company didn't take any responsibility for the issue, which blew my mind. On top of this, we rented this van looking for comfort, since it is HUGE! The bed is super short. When Grant handed the van he said the "bed is good for ONE sleeping in diagonal" we were two, and after a few days it became pretty uncomfortable. I highly advise AGAINST RENTING THIS VAN!
