Book my van for a fun or romantic weekend getaway or adventure hiking in national parks or visiting remote beaches. You'll have everything you need to relax, sleep, surf, play music, prepare a meal and sit under the stars. Pop the tail gate up and lie in the back and enjoy the view. With a high top roof you can stand up even if you're 2m tall. You can store your board and guitar inside for security. Features include - brand new sound system with blue tooth connections, Apple Play and Android - comfy mattress - kitchen with running water, sink, gas stove and fridge - fan and fly screen windows for ventilation and great views - several USB charge points - top quality Fiamma awning, 2 deckchairs and a folding table Tech specs: Tonka is in excellent condition mechanically, regularly serviced by Toyota with updated upholstery and the best quality battery on the market to supply reliable power. She has a 200w solar mat that can connect to an Anderson plug at the rear and a 1500W inverter to charge computers and phones as well as run some 240v appliances. You can seat three people across the front and sleep three in the back. There's a separate bed space in the hi-top roof space for one adult or two children and an extra mat if you need it, but the van suits couples best. There is no anchor point for a child seat. There is a 70l water tank and water pump delivers water to the sink and also to a shower at the rear so you can hose down after the beach or clean equipment off. There is a touch control reading light at the rear with an additional charge point that operates even when the van engine is off. Under 26? if you're under 26 you can still rent the van, but Camplify will hold a larger bond ($160.000 instead of $100.000) in case of a claim. 45l fridge/freezer I can provide two pillows, a doona and linen if you're an overseas visitor but its best during to supply your own. Linen (mattress protector supplied), Kitchen equipment - pot with a lid, frying pan, mixing/salad bowl, 3 plates, bowls, mugs and glasses, cutlery and lots of kitchen implements, can and bottle opener, bread board etc NO KETTLE, bring your own if you are staying in a camping ground with power or use the mircrowave. Otherwise, use the gas stove to boil water in the pot. 4 x USB connections to charge phones front and rear Phone cradle with charging Adapter and extension lead for connection to mains power Jumper leads First aid kit Fiamma awning 2 x camp chairs and a folding table Storage in cupboards Bed length is 192cm.

Hiring rules

No off road 4 wheel drive tracks.
Premium unleaded fuel only, to maintain engine life, although you can use E10 unleaded.
No underground car parks (at 2.6m the van is generally too high).
The hirer is responsible for any excess on insurance claims made as a result of the hire.
Toll fees are calculated online at the end of the trip and taken out of the bond.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Hire Fee: From $120.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We had a great trip in Tonka. The van drove nicely and had everything we needed for a road trip adventure up the coast. Comfortable bed, decent storage and an awning to sit under. Would recommend.

Great! Van was easy to drive and work the gas/electricity etc. Even though we had a bit of rain, the van was dry and cozy. It was nice that we could stop anywhere to have a cuppa. If we wanted to go off grid on a longer trip that would have been easy to do as well. Dave was friendly and responsive the whole trip. Awesome campervan!

Good option for couple in fine weather. We booked ensuite sites, which for us was essential to get stuff out of the way, particularly during wet weather.
