Hiring rules
- No Smoking in Van // One Way Hire will incur addtional cost for relocation back to Newcastle (on request) // KMS included of 100kms per day. Additional KMS can be added for 50 cents per extra kilometre.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
