Hiring rules

• Please return Willow in clean condition, the same as at handover. Interior cleaning products are supplied with the hire and if there is exterior dirt from driving on unsealed roads, there's a selfservice carwash 5 minutes drive away from the dropoff location. “Eco wash, Fletchers Rd Chirnside Park.”
• No Pets
• No Smoking
• Cooking to be done outdoors
• No off road 4 wheel driving
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• LONG TRIPS 200 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 30.c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within camplifys pre/post hire checklist
• FUEL Return full of Unleaded Petrol All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a fee
• Return van with at least 1 new full butane gas can for stove

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Toured the Great Ocean Road over three days, 'Willow' was perfect. Easy to drive and had everything you need for a great trip. Rebecca was friendly and very responsive. Would 100% hire Willow again.

  It was a dream come true! She starts and cruises like a dream and great on gas. Super comfortable to sleep in and has everything you need! The only thing I wouldnt recommend is going to the car wash that she recommends as its very expensive at $60! I find that way too expensive for a car wash.

  This van is everything you need for a road trip adventure! I spent 4 days with this van and it was really reasonably priced and offered everything me and my partner needed for a trip down the Great Ocean Road. I would have no hesitation in renting this van again and Rebeccas communication was superb the entire trip and beforehand.
