Additional information
Strictly no 4WD or beach driving. No last minute bookings. We reserve the right to cancel the hire if payment not received 24 hours before hire start date.
Hiring rules
- We prefer the van is rented and used within South WA. We like to hear about your trip and the distance in kilometres you would like to drive. We prefer the van is driven no farther than 200 kilometres per rented day. For example: a 2000km trip would need to be rented for a minimum 10 days.
- Additional charge of $0.50 per kilometre over the agreed route (when you go over the allotted 200km/day rented).
- This vehicle is permitted on sealed roads only. Strictly no off road or beach driving. No towing.
- Your booking deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking approval.
- Please report any damage or malfunctions ASAP (this allows us to manage our booking calendar)!
- If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133, Camplify will arrange Roadside Assistance. Then please call/text me to update.
- Hirer must be 22 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
