Hiring rules

Treat the Vehicle as if it was your own
Please return the Vehicle in the same condition that you received it (free of rubbish, wiped down
benches and all pots/pans/cutlery washed and returned to where they belong) otherwise a cleaning fee of 150 $ will be charged
Please report any damage immediately
If any dash lights turn on or temp spikes, please pull over and call me
No smoking inside the Vehicle
Drive safely to suit conditions
Van comes with a full tank of fuel, please return with a full tank
No Beach Driving / Extended Gravel Roads
Extended OffRoad Driving only after our approval
Allowance is 260 km's per day, any additional km’s will be charged at 35c per km

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $230.00 per day
Service fee: $120.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
