Hi! We’re Jasper and Camille and we love vanlife, just like you! Wilson the campervan is perfect for an Australian get-away or relaxed surf trip. We converted this van ourselves with love and utmost care, ensuring it has all the features needed for a comfortable and carefree trip. We use Wilson for personal camping and surf trips, but occasionally rent him out for others to enjoy! He’ll be the perfect companion on your travels - cosy, reliable, fuel-efficient and stealth. Wilson’s features: VEHICLE - 2016 Ford Transit Custom, SWB, manual transmission, diesel - 2.1m height, 5m length - 8l/100km average fuel consumption - 3 seat(belt)s - aircon, bluetooth speakers - spare tire - foldable roofracks ELECTRICAL - full solar set-up and 40l non-drinkable water tank with spray hose and water pump, extra 10l portable drinking water tank, allowing for off-grid camping - 2 fans (Sorocco and Maxxair) for cool and fresh air - 4 USB and 2 micro USB plugs - 240v plug for computer and other devices charging - 2 reading lights - dimmable lights SLEEPING - sleeps 2 on new double matress. As Wilson is a short-wheel base, the bed works with an extension/foldable set-up - Extra camping chair, air mat and tent for a third person can be provided on demand - black magnetic blinding curtains with insulation material - fully insulated walls, floor and roof (sheepswhool), keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer COOKING - 2 burner gas stove, 5l gas bottle included - 35l drawer fridge/freezer - pots, pans, cutlery - 2 camping chairs and camping table - coffee and tea, sponge and soap provided - the bed extension serves as an internal table as well, allowing for inside eating or remote working STORAGE - dedicated internal storage space for 2 surf boards up to 7ft - lots of storage space: two large drawers in the back, 3 cupboard for clothes, 3 more drawers and night stand with storage space DRIVING - the van contains an e-tag for automatic tolling payments.
