Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Eden 5.0The perfect van for our trip to blues festival. Isabelle was fast in her replies and even sent through helpful videos of how to use everything. The awning was great for those sunny days and the chairs and table provided were helpful for a touch of home. Solar power to charge everything and a fridge that stayed cool. Had everything we needed and even made my friends and I want a van. So lovely, highly recommend
