Hiring rules

• Long trips: 200 kms a day is included in the booking price. Extra charged at 30c per kilometre.
• Kids: Van cannot accommodate child safety seats. No children under 5 years old.
• Tolls: ETag charges will be calculated as part of the PostHire Checklist.
• Behaviour: No smoking inside, no open flame candles or oil burners (instead we provide electric candles). Take care to not damage, scratch or dent the equipment.
• Unsealed roads: spending more than 10km on unsealed roads must be preapproved before the trip begins.
• Awning: must be packed away as soon as bad weather (wind or rain) arises.
• Cleaning: Van must return reasonably clean (inside and out) or the cleaning charge will apply. This includes cleaning out the fridge, but not cleaning the linen.
• Fuel: Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• Damage: If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Cooking Gas A 3.7kg bottle provided with the van. Any additional gas at Hirer's expense.
• Battery management: A fee of $200.00 will apply if the battery is let to fall below 20%. The battery must be kept above 20%, otherwise the useful life of the battery reduces by several years, which is a very big expense to replace.
• Emergency: If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call Clare on 0404 738 995 or Anton on 0415 775 592.

  Amazing doesn't fully cover it. 5/5 stars on all fronts. Communication was quick, clear and friendly. The van itself was wonderfull on all fronts. Everything you could wish for is there, and then everything you didn't know you are going to wish for, is also there. If we ever come back to the region, it's a no brainer how we would like to travel through it. Definitely highly recommended!

  Fabio was perfect for our trip from Sydney to Byron Bay. The van is extremely spacious, with facilities that are second to none - a genuinely luxurious way to camp. Huge thanks to Clare and Anton; Isobel and I would love to rent Fabio again in the future!

  We had an amazing experience renting Fabio over the Christmas holidays. The camper itself was exceptionally comfortable the bed was incredibly cosy, and the space was surprisingly spacious, making it feel like a home away from home. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need for our trip, with plenty of well-thought-out storage that made travelling easy and stress-free. Overall, it was an excellent camper that exceeded our expectations in every way. Clare and Anton were just as fantastic as the camper friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Their communication was great, and they went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well-prepared for our trip. We couldnt recommend this camper (and its wonderful owners) highly enough and would absolutely rent again.

  This was our second time to rent Fabio from Clare and Anton. It was as easy and enjoyable as the 1st time. Communication is quick, everything was thoroughly explained to us and Fabio is a breeze to use. A wonderful trip!

  Wow, Fabio the van is like a home on wheels with everything you need . I spent 3 weeks travelling from Sydney right up to Noosa and it didnt miss a beat ! The bed is super comfy and was easy to extend if needed . Clare and Anton are extremely easy to communicate with and were available during the trip to answer any queries. The inside finish is top notch and a lot of thought has gone into having comfort and ease whilst on the road . Looking forward to another trip in Fabio in the future !
