Pick-up & Drop-off Glampervans are available for pick up between 8:00am and 10:00am on the day your hire commences from beach street Coogee NSW. A specific time will be scheduled prior to commencement and one of our handover specialists will meet you to complete the hire agreement and introduce you to your glampervan and all its wonderful features. The exact pick-up and drop-off location in Annandale will be provided in your booking confirmation. Glampervans must be returned to the same location in Annandale by 4:00pm on the day your hire finishes. Returning a glampervan after this time will incur additional charges.

Hiring rules

• For peace of mind before you book, below are a few important things to note about your campervan and Vanwilder.
• Minimum hirer age is 25 years
• Valid full license is required to drive
• Fuel type diesel
• Vans have automatic transmissions
• Off road is not allowed
• Vans are 6.2m long, 2.5m wide 2.6m high
• Vans are GPS tracked for safety
• Fire extinguisher and blanket fitted
• 24hour roadside assistance
• Limit of 300km per day, additional km are charged at $0.36 per km
• Our campervan will be provided with a full tank of fuel. You are required to return the campervan with full tank. If you cannot return the campervan with a full tank, we will refill it at standard fuel rates with a $50.00 service charge to be charged against your holding deposit.
• We request that the van be brought back in a reasonably clean condition, failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge.
• We request that the vans toilet be emptied before returning. A step by step guide on how to do this is located in the vans handbook. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  The van is exactly as pictured, super functional, and has everything you need to enjoy incredible days. Christopher is always very responsive and flexible in communication.

  The van has no heating and is not insulated well Particularly the metal back doors that touch the bed and bedding and transfer the cold straight from outside into the bed It drove really well and was very fuel efficient The shower works really well too, but uses way too much water for the amount of water storage capacity The van design and layout leaves very little storage anywhere for clothing, food and anything you want to take with you. 80% of the available storage is already full of the outdoor chairs, table, hoses, cleaning and toilet chemicals ect, first aid and other essentials. This leaves barely any space for bringing your own essentials. I stored them on the bed which was annoying and problematic to access and constantly having to move my things around to access them and the bed to sleep. Also there are no insect screens which means having to keep the van closed up all the time when you are inside and meant lots of insects getting in at night if you are anywhere near nature or water.

  Spacious & Comfortable The van had enough space for two people to sleep comfortably. The bed was soft, and there was good ventilation. Well-Equipped It came with a small kitchen, a fridge, and a stove, making cooking on the go super convenient. Easy to Drive Despite its size, the van was easy to handle,. Freedom & Flexibility Being able to park anywhere and wake up to a new view every day was the best part! I highly recommend trying a camper van trip with Vanwilder (Van No.1) if you love adventure and nature. Its a great way to explore new places at your own pace.
