Hiring rules
- . No smoking or vaping in the van
- . Toilet cassette emptied and cleaned prior to return
- . Floors and surfaces cleaned
- . Fridge emptied and cleaned
- . No hard items e.g. bikes, toys, camping gear, crates are to travel inside the van
- . All breakages, damage and loses to be reported to the owners (costs may incur)
- . Hirers bringing pets MUST supply covers for the furnishings e.g. old sheets, blankets etc.
- . Excess cleaning required by owner may incur a $50.00 fee.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sue 5.0Couldnt have asked for an easier or more enjoyable experience. Mark and Marie delivered the van to our site in Ballarat and had everything set up and ready to go, which made things so simple. They were really patient showing us how everything worked. The van has absolutely everything you need and is super comfortable. You can tell theyve put a lot of thought into it. Mark and Marie are just genuinely lovely people, and their local knowledge was a bonus. Would definitely book with them again.

It was a delight to meet Sue and Brett and seems like they enjoyed their stay in Ballarat over the Easter weekend. Sue and Brett were totally engaged during the the hand over and understood clearly the operation of our van. Our van was clean and tidy when we picked it up on the Monday. We wouldnt hesitate recommending Sue and Brett as hirers for other owners. Regards Marie & Mark.

Paul 5.0We had a week in Mark's great van. Mark set everything up for us; showed us how to operate everything; and they went through all the Ts and Cs with us. The van was well stocked with all the required utensils, condiments, chopping boards etc. The air conditioning is amazing, it Will keep you cool in 36 degrees no problem. Great van, great people, and great times.
