The trailer is brand new in September 2019 so book now and be the first to hire this great little camper trailer. Sleeping 4 people internally, Mum and Dad on the King Size bed and a couple of kids on the convertible lounge, as well as a couple of older kids in the optional swags, there's room for everyone. Set up and pack up of this camper is so easy, it can be done by one person in less than 5 minutes for a quick overnighter or a few extra minutes if you're setting up camp for a longer time and want the full awning set up. Everything you'll need is supplied with the trailer and you'll be able to cook great meals with the fully equipped kitchen. With hot water plumbed to the sink and a separate ensuite shower tent, you'll feel as comfortable as if you're in your own house, but with the added benefit of being in the great outdoors. All our bookings include a welcome platter, a six-pack of premium beer and a bottle of Aussie wine to help you get your holiday kicked off in the most relaxed way possible. Just tell us in your booking request if you'd prefer red or white!

The service fee includes the electric brake controller, towing mirrors, gas for the vans and a standard pre-handover clean. The service fee DOES NOT cover things like mud, sand or salt covered vans -- nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior + exterior), you can opt to pay the $149.00 'clean the van for me' option. If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $249.00 'clean the van for me including toilet' option. If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. The service fee is not negotiable. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable. INSURANCE: All of the caravans and RVs are comprehensively insured and, if the RV is designed to do so, may be permitted for some off-road use (upon strict prior agreement and subject to the off road charge listed above). Please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused from off-road use. The minimum age to tow or drive any RV is 25, with the standard liability (excess) being at $150.000 (equal to the bond). You may contact Camplify regarding an option to reduce this liability if you wish.

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We had a great time in Glenn's camper van. Just some feedback as I think the listing might need to be updated re: what is listed under 'Amenities Included' . It says there is a BBQ, coffee machine, shower and toilet/ shower tent. We couldn't find the coffee machine, there was a toilet seat? but no toilet and we couldn't find the shower tent. My husband asked about the BBQ when picking up the camper van and Glenn advised it was available for an additional cost which we would have paid for, but it was not available in any case. It also says there is a welcome platter, bottle of wine AND six pack of premium beer. We received the platter and a bottle of wine, but no beer. Don't get me wrong, this is a lovely touch and we appreciated the wine and platter. I just think the listing needs to be updated. We had a great weekend, Glenn was super easy to deal with, would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Awesome trailer, kitted out with everything you might need. Glenn was great through the whole process. Already planning our next trip!
