-Dining table can convert into a bed for a young child. (Under 5)

-Outdoor cooking facilities such as a electric induction plate and portable gas stove top.
-Basic food staples and cleaning products.

Additional information
If using the heating or cooling, the outdoor unit cover MUST be removed. For water drainage, a bucket will work fine with regular emptying
Hiring rules
- No smoking inside.
- No pets allowed to sleep on the bed or couch.
- Please keep the van neat and tidy and returned as you found it.
- Cleaning products will be supplied if needed.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

- Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
