Hiring rules
- No smoking inside
- No beach driving
- Off road or UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Only designated drivers to drive
- Even with the reversing cameras, always use a spotter when reversing
- Awning not to be used in winds greater than 25km/hr or inclement weather
- Return Explorer by 4pm on final hire day to pickup/dropoff location
- If Explorer is returned and requires deep cleaning, the ‘clean the van for me (excluding toilet)’ fee will be added to the final fee upon posthire inspection
- If Explorer is returned without the toilet being emptied the ‘clean the Chem toilet for me’ fee will be added at posthire inspection
- If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over and contact the owner immediately
- If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and contact Camplify on 1300 416 133
- In the event of any damage (minor/major), you must report it immediately (who, what, where and when)
- 200km/day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 30c/km for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within the Camplify pre/post hire checklist
- Return Explorer full of DIESEL
- Clean equipment and van prior to return (unless cleaning option has been selected). Failure to do so will incur additional cleaning fees
- Toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned prior to return (unless cleaning cassette option has been selected). Failure to do so will incur additional toilet cleaning fee
- No car seats. Minimum age of children is 7yo
- Hirer $ Driver must be 25 years of age or older
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
