Ohana

Ohana is the perfect spacious motorhome for your next family getaway. Plenty of room inside with 2 dining areas that both convert to double beds, and a king size bed above the cabin. Set up with a larger fridge with seperate freezer along with stove, oven, microwave, TV, toilet, seperate shower, heaps of storage, and solar panels for off grid life, you will not be dissapointed on your next adventure. We provide bed linen, towels, tea, coffee, and basic pantry items to all bookings and will consider special requests to make your holiday more enjoyable. Ohana can meet you at the Gold Coast airport if required at no additional charge if you are flying in. Ohana can also meet you at Brisbane airport at a charge $100. Inspection information and Repair Notes following Review: 1. Airconditioner Remote - we were unable to replicate this issue, but put fresh batteries in it anyway along with some spares in the cupboard 2. Antenna not working - We have tested the antenna and found it to be working. We do note that in some areas it does not get reception. To help alieviate this, we have installed both android and applie adapters for connecting your phone to the TV. 3. Gas Cooker Not turning on - Upon investigation on the return of the vehicle, we found that the leaflet instructions were not followed, and although the gas bottle was turned on, the gas safety valves were not. We encourage hirers to call or message if they are having any issues, and we will respond day or night. 4. Cupboard not staying shut - Upon investigation on return of the vehicle, we found that the latch had been bent by blunt force. I am sure this was an accident and was easily rectified immediately. 5. Tap in sink Leaking - Upon investigation on return of the vehicle, we found that over time the tap fitting had come a little loose. It was tightened immediately and has not given any issues since. 6. Leakage in Windows - Whilst initially we could not identify the issue, the windows in question have now been proffessionaly re-sealed. There has been no repeat of this issue since. 7. Air Conditioner Dripping - Please note, as per the manufacturer notes, if the airconditioner is left on the coldest setting for a long period of time, it may freeze up and cause dripping. We have had it serviced and all drainage cleaned but have been advised this issue may re-occur if left on coldest setting for long periods of time.
