We welcome you to share our awesome camper. Equipped with everything a family of up to 5 need to make your own memories. Just bring yourselves, food and luggage! Located on the outskirts of Picton, the gateway to the Southern Highlands. Light and easy to tow. Includes: *One queen and one double bed (double has a child safety barrier) *Dining table easily converts to single bed *ISI 4 bike rack attached to van. *Fans and lights for bed ends as well as seperate fan *Kettle and toaster *nespresso pod coffee machine *outdoor gas hot water shower (ensuite tent can be included) *bag awning has two shade cloth annex sides

Van has an off road Trigg tow hitch. We will supply the car hitch as part of the hire. You will require a 12 pin plug on your car. Van has extended draw bar.

We have loads of other equipment available to hire or loan with our van. Be specific about your plans and we can offer you other equipment that you may need.

Hiring rules

  • No Smoking inside van.
  • No pets inside van.
  • Van is to be returned clean inside and all equipment clean (eg cutlery, BBQ etc), returning van or equipment dirty will incur an additional cleaning fee.
  • No Off Road, please enquire first if your trip includes extended unsealed roads.
  • Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
  • Consider packing Awning away before bad weather arises or ensure secured fully. They are expensive to replace.
  • Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
  • If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
  • Cooking gas to be returned full.
  • Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Van was perfectly presented. Sharon and Aaron went through everything we needed to know before setting off. Van was loaded with absolutely everything we could need, and they even included an extra purple chair when my 9 yo daughter came with me to collect it!. Perfect van and great experience for anyone looking for a Swan Poptop.
