Special towing information
Towing vehicle requires minimum 3 tonne towing capacity. Brake Controller must be used. To run the fridge while in transport you will need an Anderson plug. 12 pin flat plug required. If you don't have a 12 pin plug already on your vehicle, we have some adaptors we can loan - please confirm the plug connection on your vehicle at time of booking request. Towing hitch is a D035. If you do not have the suitable hitch connection, one can be supplied. If there is more than one person towing the van, all towers must attend the handover and ensure they bring photo ID as we need to take a photo and record this in keeping with Camplify requirements. No off-road. Some unsealed roads may be acceptable and must be disclosed at time of booking request

Additional information
Our van features a queen size bed along with triple bunks at the opposite end of the van. A separate toilet from shower cubicle, plenty of cupboard space, TV, a washing machine to avoid the queues at the parks, fully equipped kitchen with crockery and cutlery. Reverse cycle air conditioner so you are rest assured to be comfortable whatever the weather may be. A large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and stove top, large seating area inside. There is also a second pull out kitchen and gas BBQ outside. Camp tables, a foldable washing line and hot/cold outside shower to rise the kiddos off before hopping in the van. 2 x 80L water tanks with hoses and cords supplied. Bedding can also be supplied for a fee upon request.
Hiring rules
- In case of an emergency or accident with the van, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will assist and call the NRMA
- No smoking is permitted, a minimum cleaning fee of $300.00 will incur.
- Please return van as it was picked up. Extra cleaning fees may apply if van is left dirty/untidy.
- Hirer must clean and empty the toilet before returning the caravan or a $200.00 cleaning and dumping fee will apply
- No large/bulky items to be stored inside van that may cause damage, e.g. firewood, bikes ect.
- Awning MUST be retracted in windy conditions or if van is going to be left unattended during the day
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
