Included in the hire of our caravan is; - Caravan Queen bed - Triple bunk, single beds - Smart TV - air conditioning and heating (provided you are on a powered site) - shower with hot water - separate toilet, mirror and basin in vanity - couch and movable indoor table for your convenience - outdoor table and chairs (including two deck chairs) - outdoor screens to protect you from the elements and set up with the awning - outdoor BBQ and utensils - gas bottles - 5 dinner plates, 5 side plates, 5 bowls - 6 drinking glasses - 2 coffee thermos cups - cutlery and utensils - fry pan and saucepan set - medium Pyrex dish - containers for left overs - rice cooker - slow cooker - kettle - toaster - washing line - washing basket - dish drying rack - dish washing detergent - cleaning spray and cloth - tea towels - glad wrap, baking paper and foil - tea, coffee and sugar - general pantry basics such as flours, rice, salt, pepper, Panko breadcrumbs (a must for the fresh fish you will catch), soy sauce, BBQ and tomato sauce. (You are welcome to use these as needed complimentary as these staples are too much of a hassle to bring with you) - cards and board games for the whole family - ample storage space for food, clothes, and any additional items you need to store in the cupboards and under the couch storage. (Please see images for size reference.) - personalised bed storage nooks with reading light and USB charging ports If there is anything else you may require please feel free to ask and we can discuss additional extras with you. EXTRA INFORMATION FOR CLARIFICATION - Linen: Includes full bedding for each bed - fitted and flat sheet, all seasons doona, doona cover, mattress protector, pillow case and pillow. (Although we do recommend you bring your own pillow for your personal comfort) Rates: - $120.00/night off peak (school terms and minimum 3 night stay) - $150.00/night peak (one week either side and including WA school holidays with a minimum 5 night stay), (public holidays and long weekends with a minimum 3 night stay). Booking Fee: $100.00 booking fee covers the set up and pack down of the caravan for each site booked. You are welcome to book multiple booking sites and travel all around the region however if we will be moving the caravan for you and packing up and setting up each time, travel and set up/booking fees will apply. Travel Fee: Covers the kilometres traveled to deliver the caravan to the booked site. (@$1.50/km to and from) Distance from origin for particular sites are: - Hopetoun Beachside Caravan Park - 2 kms - Wave Crest Caravan Park - 4 kms - Fitzgerald River National Park Four Mile Campground- 10 kms - Munglinup Caravan Park - 73 kms - *Masons Bay - *Starvation Bay (*These caravan sites can not be booked in advance and it is first come, best dressed. If you would like to reside at one of these camp grounds please contact us to chat about the best plan of action) Site Fees: Caravan site fees are at your own cost and are to be booked by the person hiring the caravan, not the caravan owners. When and how do I collect and return the caravan keys?: - We will meet you at the caravan upon your arrival and chat to you about anything you need to know with the caravan and also around the area. - You can return the keys to us upon check out or via the key lock box.

  Great little getaway for our family. The van was well equipped with everything you needed, there is plenty of storage and the Bee has definitely sent the van up to accommodate anyone . Highly recommend for a family stay.

  Absolutely perfect! The van was a little house on wheels with everything you could possibly need. Bee and Tye were fabulous. From initial contact, to delivery and collection.
