Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

John 5.0We had the most wonderful experience hiring this caravan for our trip! It was beautifully presented and so tastefully decorated you could tell a lot of care had gone into every detail. Travelling with 2 adults and 4 kids, comfort was a big priority for us, and this absolutely delivered. The mattress was like sleeping on a cloud, and the whole space felt cosy, clean, and incredibly inviting. It was also fully equipped with everything you could possibly need even the fussiest traveller would be happy! We couldnt have asked for a better setup and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway.
Christie-lee 5.0This was a beautiful van and had everything we needed to stay in winton for 4 nights. Matt and tegan are lovely. They delivered and set up the van for us in the roadhouse winton caravan park. It's more like a tiny home rather than a caravan. We had no issues what so ever. Loved our stay. Would definitely hire again.
