Hiring rules
- SMOKING AND PETS No smoking permitted inside the van. Pets are not allowed.
- FUEL POLICY Return the van with a full tank of diesel; provided with a full tank at the start of the hire.
- DRIVING GUIDELINES Driving on unsealed roads to campsites is acceptable, but caution is advised. Beach driving is prohibited as the van is only suitable for 2WD use.
- EQUIPMENT Cooking gas will be supplied.
- REPORTING PROCEDURES Any damage must be reported immediately. In case of engine lights or accidents, pull off the road, ensure safety, and contact Camplify at 02 4075 2000 for guidance. Subsequently, notify us.
- KILOMETRE ALLOWANCE Long trips include a daily allowance of 200 km. Additional kilometre will be charged at a rate of 30 cents per kilometre over the total allowance.
- CLEANLINESS Return the van in a clean condition; excessive cleaning will result in a charge.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Christopher 5.0Thoughtfully equipped, the van had everything I needed for my 3 week solo tour. Easy to drive, comfy and economical. James was great to deal with, very relaxed. Highly recommended! (Just be aware if you're not very agile that the sleeping platform is permanent so there's no standing space inside the van)
