Love camping in comfort in this caravan. Brilliant for an escape away. Roll out awning and full enclosed annex for that extra space. TV with DVD player and 12 v lights, gas cooking and solar panels and batteries enabling you to be off the grid. Listen to your favourite tunes with the near new BT sound system inside the van. Sleep in comfort on the new (2023) mattress. Weekly rates available when booking 3 weeks or more. Please message for further details

On board water (if required, please advise at time of booking), solar on roof, BT radio, TV/DVD player, 3 way fridge, gas cooking inside, 12v plugs inside and out, USB plugs inside the van so you can charge devices even off the grid, Microwave, aircon, and all the basic for cooking equipment, Tea and coffee provided.

Hiring rules

  • 1. No smoking inside
  • 2. Hirer age restrictions 25 or older
  • 3. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • 4. Caravan must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee.
  • 5. Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
  • 6. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    It was a great experience! The van is great and described perfectly. Tim is also extremely helpful through the whole process!

    Tim's van is very comfortable. We used it for extra beds over the xmas period at our house and was perfect. Tim was helpful and a good communicator.

    The van was as described. Pro's the bed was comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, came with most of the needed things (cutlery, trash bags, crockery, cooking items and utensils), board games were also a nice touch. Tim was excellent at communicating and delivery. Cons: the heater in the van doesn't work, we were given a little portable heater but due to safety (toddler) we didn't use it. The van wasn't very clean. I had to clean mould off the fridge, pots and pans needed to be cleaned as well some of the plates and cutlery. Overall, it was a positive experience!

    A great older van. Heaps of room and storage! A very comfortable bed and easy to use facilities. Tim was great to deal with.
