Hiring rules
- John is not 4WD and is not permitted for use on unsealed roads. No Smoking inside or within 3m if the van is open. Fee of $99.00 to remove the smell will apply if renters break this rule.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Suzanne 4.8We enjoyed our trip away. Shaun's handover was comprehensive. The van was too small for our needs but that was part of the experience as we are planning to buy a campervan in the future. We had a few technical difficulties with the doors, and the suspension was a bit rough. Overall, we are happy with the experience.
Willow 5.0I could not have had a better holiday in John, it was fully equipped with everything you need to find a peaceful camp spot and check out for a while . A real dream to drive, and just so comfortable. Shaun was an absolute delight to deal with and I will be a repeat customer.
Daisy 5.0Shaun was great at communicating, van was comfy & had all you need for a weekend away. Great for single person. Only downfall would be lack of space for storing clothing or food. I had to store all my belongings on the front seat.
