Hiring rules

LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 km's a day average. Any additional km’s, you will be charged 25.c per km at the completion of the trip from your bond. This is to prevent damage and maintain a great vehicle.
NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads. NO Smoking in Van
HEIGHT 2.5M fitting in some shopping centres. Check the exhaust fan is closed before any driving
FUEL Return with full tank of diesel all hires include full tanks upon departure
TOLLS Toll charges recovered from bond on completion of hire (or bring your own eTag)
COOKING Anything that will leave splatter marks, please cook outside the van using the weber bbq and not the internal gas cooker.
CLEANING Clean the equipment you use, please take all of your rubbish with you. Excessive cleaning will incur the Extra Product cleaning fee of $100.00

Hire Fee: From $300.00 per day
Service fee: $110.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
