Hiring rules

  • LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 km's a day average. Any additional km’s, you will be charged 25.c per km at the completion of the trip from your bond. This is to prevent damage and maintain a great vehicle.
  • NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads. NO Smoking in Van
  • HEIGHT 2.5M fitting in some shopping centres. Check the exhaust fan is closed before any driving
  • FUEL Return with full tank of diesel all hires include full tanks upon departure
  • TOLLS Toll charges recovered from bond on completion of hire (or bring your own eTag)
  • COOKING Anything that will leave splatter marks, please cook outside the van using the weber bbq and not the internal gas cooker.
  • CLEANING Clean the equipment you use, please take all of your rubbish with you. Excessive cleaning will incur the Extra Product cleaning fee of $100.00
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
