✅ Minimum 3.2-tonne Towing Capacity Your vehicle must have a minimum braked towing capacity of 3,200 kg. 3-tonne towing capacity may be approved upon reviewing vehicle GCM and towing details. Please check your vehicle’s specifications prior to booking. ✅ 12-pin or 7-pin Trailer Plug The caravan has a 12-pin plug. If your vehicle has a 7-pin plug, we can provide an adapter. ✅ Electronic Brake Controller Included If your vehicle does not already have an electric brake controller installed, simply download the ElecBrakes app and connect via your trailer plug. ✅ Tow Ball Capacity Your vehicle must have a tow ball download rating of at least 200 kg. (Caravan tow ball weight is approx. 170 kg). ✅ Standard 50mm Ball Hitch This caravan uses a standard Australian 50mm ball coupling. ✅ For safety, drivers must have prior towing experience. ✅ Anderson Plug (Optional) If you wish to operate the fridge while towing, your vehicle must be fitted with an Anderson plug. ✅ Total Caravan Length – 8 metres Caravan parks will ask for this when booking a site. ❌ No Off-Road Use Although it is a semi off-road van, it must only be used on sealed roads or well-maintained hard surfaces, such as grassed sites within caravan parks.

Hiring rules
- 🚫 Strictly No Smoking.
- 🚧 No Off Road Travel – This caravan is not suited for offroad.
- 🌬 Awning Safety – The awning must be retracted in high winds or extreme weather to prevent damage.
- 🧼 Toilet Use – Number 1’s only. The toilet cassette must be emptied before returning the van.
- 📢 Damage & Incident Reporting – Any damage or issues must be reported immediately to ensure prompt assistance and resolution.
- Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
