Additional information
All utensils, crockery and nibbles platters etc will be included in the hire. Ziggy bbq with pizza stone also included in the hire.
Hiring rules
- No smoking allowed inside the caravan (windows on awning side to be closed if smoking under awning)
- No animals inside the caravan due to allergies
- Toilet Cassette is to be emptied and washed out prior to returning (Cleaning fees will be charged if not)
- Caravan is to be swept out and surfaces wiped down inside (Cleaning fees will be charged if there is sand etc left)
- All included items are to be returned in perfect working order and all accounted for otherwise amounts will be deducted from bond.
- Electronic brake controller must be installed in tow vehicle
- Waterproof mattress protectors are to remain on beds at all times (Cleaning fees will be charged if any mattresses are wet/soiled)
- No off road/beach towing
- Outback towing (red dirt) by prior approval only and all red dirt is to be pressure washed off prior to return and any red dirt inside to be cleaned (Cleaning fees will be charged if there is any dirt left)

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
