Spacious family van with all the comforts you need for your trip. We can deliver and set up the van within a 100K Radius from pick up point, subject to driver availability. We do not offer the Tow option(Minimum Charge $100 or $3 per Kilometer) **IMPORTANT INFORMATION - This is a 21ft van however the total length from the towball to the spare wheel is 29.5ft. Please check with the caravan park that the Caravan will fit on the site** **Please note we do not hire the van out for festivals** Min off peak hire - 3 days Min peak hire - 7 days Available for short or long term hire Please look after our van as if it was your own and return in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure the toilet is emptied and clean on return. A charge of $200 will apply if the toilet has not been emptied and cleaned. Additional cleaning charges of up to $300 may also apply if the van is not clean on return. Hiring rules

  • **IMPORTANT INFORMATION You are responsible to ensure the van fits on your booked site. This is a 21ft van however the total length from the towball to the spare wheel is 29.5ft. Please check with the caravan park that the Caravan will fit on the site**
  • No beach driving.
  • Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing with route confirmed (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
  • No smoking/vaping inside or under the awing of the van.
  • Hirer age restriction 25. The hirer must be present for handover and during the hire.
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • The Van must be returned clean, or you will risk a cleaning fee of up to $300.00. The toilet cartridge must be emptied and rinsed at the end of the hire. The toilet bowl/seat must also be cleaned. Failure to do this will incur a toilet cleaning fee of $200.00.
  • Pick up/drop off times must be confirmed when booking has been confirmed.
  • Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
  • Payment of a deposit is required within 48 hrs of your booking being approved, if not received the booking will automatically cancel. Towing at night is prohibited.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was just as stated and communication with Marc and Vicki was seamless. When we arrived at the park, the van was set up and all ready to go. The orientation included everything we needed and handover at the end of there period was flawless. Lovely people, lovely van will definitely be contacting again when we need a van on the Sunshine Coast.
