We love our 5* Caravan and we are excited to share it with other like minded families, ready for an adventure. She has travelled all over WA and crossed the Nullabor over to the East Coast and back. The memories we have created as a family are amazing.
Our favourite spots are Karijini, Monkey Mia, Exmouth, Lucky Bay to name a few :)
It easily accommodates a family of 5 with a queen size bed and triple bunks.
It is fresh, modern, clean, light and bright throughout. Black out blinds and fly screens throughout and gas hot water (hot showers when in unpowered:)

With a long list of features in our amazing caravan there's no better way to see our beautiful wide-open countryside & the marvelous scenes along our coast.
Kitchen has plenty of cupboards, large fridge/freezer, microwave, grill & stove with 3 gas burners and 1 electric for Powered sites. Crockery and cutlery included. Loads of storage space inside and out. There is also a washing machine! What more could you ask for?
Separate shower and cassette toilet.
The queen bed is very comfy. Wardrobe hanging & plenty of overhead cupboards, with side tables, storage nook, 12v power point beside each bed and individual reading lights throughout.
The van is set up for 'un powered sites' with 2 water tanks, solar panels, 12-volt power, gas and cassette toilet.

Hiring rules
- Hirer must clean and empty the toilet (unless cleaning the van option has been chosen) before returning the caravan if this is not done a $200.00 fee will apply.
- N0 smoking inside the van. A cleaning fee will apply of $400.00 if someone smokes inside the van.
- No bikes, firewood or other larger items to be stored in the caravan.
- The caravan must be returned in a state of cleanliness equal to that which it left for hire in. All red dirt/dust must be cleaned off. Excess cleaning will be charged at $50.00 per hour.
- No campfires 6m within the caravan.
- Any damage to the awning will not be covered by insurance. The cost will be deducted from the security bond. In the event the security bond does not cover damages, the hirer agrees to pay the difference.
- No persons under 25 years old may tow the caravan.
- Caravan can only travel on unsealed roads with the owners pre approval. Any unauthorised travel on unsealed roads will result in loss of security bond.
- Minimum 5 days rental in School Holidays
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
