Located on the Sunshine Coast in a beautiful private rural setting, your experience includes star gazing, walks in the Mapleton National Park, creek frontage and living on a working cattle farm. Belli Downs is a 10 min drive to Eumundi, 2hrs north of Brisbane, 40 minutes to the best beaches in the world with Noosa Main Beach being the closest. If you choose to leave the sanctuary of the farm we are close to many weekend markets, with dining options 5 mins away at Mrs Browns Diner. Lots of space for the kids to run around and get lost in the best nature has to offer.

Hiring rules
- 1. No smoking inside
- 2. No pets on beds. Please BYO dog bed, bowls and toys
- 3. Dogs on leads when walking on the property
- 4. Rubbish to be taken with you when you leave.
- 5. Use the outside BBQ
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
