1️⃣ UKI SPECIAL:- Book a 10 day rental and receive 2 additional days for FREE. (this offer excludes school hoilday periods) when booking using "Instant booking" your booking will be adjusted after you book to include your FREE day. 2️⃣ SERVICE FEE:- Our one time service fee is charged at $99.00, this fee covers the supply of all Hotel quality bed linen, pillows. donna, blanket, bath and beach towels, picnic table and chairs, bike rack, basic pantry items like: tea, coffee, condiments, spreads, sparkling water, cleaning products, etc. 3️⃣ KITCHEN:- 171L fridge, 2-burner cooktop, Microwave, fry pans, saucepans, knives, chopping board, cooking utensils, grater, mixing bowls, storage containers, kettle, toaster, bullet blender, Coffee Machine, French press. 4️⃣ KITCHENWARE:- dinner plates, bowls, side plates, coffee cups, water glass, wine glass, Salad bowl, Water jug, serving platter, cutlery etc all included. 5️⃣ PANTRY:- Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt, pepper, basic herbs and spices, condiments, sauces. NOTE: basic pantry and cleaning products are for use when van on hire and must remain in the van at the end of your hire. 6️⃣ MEALS:- Eat dinner inside comfortably seats 4, or sit outside with the outdoor fold away camping chairs, table and ground matt. 7️⃣ SLEEPING:- UKI sleeps 2 adults comfortably in a Queen size electric drop down luxury bed. Hotel quality bed linen, four luxe down pillows, feather down doona and additional blanket. all windows are fitted with flyscreen's, blockout blinds and curtains make for a great night sleep. 8️⃣ HEATING & COOLING:- reverse cycle Air conditioning for your own comfort (heating and cooling). with the addition of a sirocco fan to keep you comfortable on balmy nights when camping off-grid. 9️⃣CLEANING:- spray n wipe, dishwashing supplies, Hand Soap, Sanitizer spray, air freshener, stick vacuum, dust pan, plus a bin for rubbish. NOTE: basic pantry and cleaning products are for use when van on hire and must remain in the van at the end of your hire. 🔟ENTERTAINMENT:- 24" wall mounted LED TV/DVD, Furrion Sound System with internal and external speakers, panoramic windows and a large lounge area makes kicking back and watching TV or a DVD together a pleasure. a variety of ball and board games supplied. 1️⃣1️⃣ BATHROOM:- Seperate shower cubicle with hot and cold water, vanity with mirror, lots of storage, flushing toilet and 2.5 kg wall mounted washing machine, small travel iron and Hotel quality bath towels supplied. 1️⃣2️⃣ BIKE RACK:- Fits 2 bikes - bike rack holds a total of 60kg MAX, road bike, dirt bikes or ebikes. NOTE:- we do not supply any bike locks. 1️⃣3️⃣ OUTSIDE FURNITURE:- Fold Away Outdoor Table and Chairs, muck mat for stairs, outdoor ground mat, rain umbrella, dog bed (if requested) 1️⃣4️⃣ BEACH:- 2 x Turkish cotton beach towels with sunblock provided and 2 sets of snorkel and fins if you feel like snorkelling. 1️⃣5️⃣ PETS:- we love pets and they are more than welcome to join you on your trip, Pets are to sleep on the floor so please bring your own blanket, bed and bowls. if your pet is going to be sitting on the seats then please ensure you bring your own blankets/covering to protect seats. any excess pet hair that is not cleaned will incur and addition cleaning fee. 1️⃣6️⃣ HANDOVER:- Please allow approximately 1 hour to complete a compressive handover. We want to make sure you understand how UKI works so that you can get the very best out of your trip/holiday. We understand handovers can be quite overwhelming so you will be provided with a complete user guide to answer any question you may have on any of UKI features. NOTE: user guide is viewable via QR codes placed inside van. 1️⃣7️⃣ TOLLS: Sydney tolls are charged at heavy vehicle rates and are charged accordingly. UKI is fitted with an etag and tolls must be paid on return of the motorhome using the etag logs/records. 1️⃣8️⃣ PICK UP and DROP OFF:- you will need to pick-up and drop-off the Motorhome in ENGADINE, NSW, 2233. 1️⃣9️⃣ GETTING HERE:- ENGADINE is a suburb in southern Sydney, in the state on NSW, Australia, Engadine is located 33 km (21miles) south from the centre of Sydney, you can get to Engadine coming from the North or the South via the M1 Princes highway, or via Heathcote road if your coming from the west. you can catch a train from Central Station to Engadine on (platform-25) If you are arriving at the Airport it is best to catch the train to Engadine via Wolli Creek (platform-4)and then the Illawarra line to Engadine, we can pick you up from Engadine railway station but please make these arrangements at time of booking.

Hiring rules

• * NO smoking or drink driving
• * MAX 60kg or two bikes on bike rack
• * No bikes are to be stored inside the van, only on provided bike rack.
• * Surfboards must be stored inside padded surfboard bag and placed in shower cubicle.
• * Fishing rods must be stored in bag and stored in shower cubicle.
• * No cleaning of fish of any kind inside the van.
• * Electric Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• (NOTE: Awning has been disabled)
• * Return motorhome clean inside and outside as it was given to you (or cleaning fee will be charged)
• * Return with the toilet Cassette and grey water tanks emptied. (or cleaning fee will be charged)
• * Please use external shower to wash off any additional sand or dirt, sand found inside motorhome is difficult to clean. (or cleaning fee will be charged)
• * We love pets, please ensure proper covering is placed on seats if your pet is travelling with you. (or cleaning fee will be charged)
• * Additional fees and charges for cleaning

• * Return with a FULL tank of DEISEL fuel
• * UKI motorhome is NOT an off road vehicle and you are not covered by insurance on unsealed roads so please stay on the bitumen.
• * Hirer must be 22 years of age or older, with full license.
• * Kilometre limits. You can drive as much and as far as you like. However there is a fee for excess km's. @UKI comes with a complimentary 200 km per day which is included in the hire price, however, anything over 200km per day average is 50c per km. Eg: 2 day hire comes with a complimentary 400 km.
• * INCIDENT If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. Take a photo of the dashboard and call Robert on 0405 603 505. (text the photo of the dash straight away).
• * EMERGENCY: If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE Australia wide. (Please inform us at this point too).

  We loved the setup in the van it had all the modern amenities, plus thoughtful extras like fluffy towels and quality hotel-style sheets, which made the camping experience really enjoyable. Robert explained in detail how to operate all the equipment and he was there to help us when we needed assistance Overall it was great first experience staying in a motorhome

  The hiring process was well organised and the hand over was comprehensive. There was additionally an online checklist for reference. The van had everything required to have a great holiday. The van is economical to drive but does take some getting used to due to its size. The bed is very comfortable and all the utilities were well thought out and easy to use. We had a wonderful time and would book this van again for future adventures.

  Uki is a fantastic van, kitted out with absolutely everything you need. Great on fuel consumption and does long trips with ease. Robert has great communication and is a pleasure to deal with.
